TERMS OF BUSINESS

• Everyday Ahlen FM takes advertising from 7:00 am - 12:00 am.
• There are 2 advertising Slots per hour, and it’s a dynamic location within the hour ensuring a 22 minute minimum of uninterrupted music play without advertising.
• There are a maximum of 34 advertising slots per Day.
• Each Advertising Slot is 2 minutes and 30 seconds long, and cannot be extended.
• There is No Unnecessary – Incomprehensible – “Jibber Jabber” Talk on Ahlen FM.
• There is the Rate Card for those who do not wish to make any commitment; Standard payment terms Apply.
• Cash payments carry an automatic 7.5% discount on all advertising tariffs and campaigns.
• Advertising Agencies are requested to Bill/cost plus for their services.

STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS

• Checks are issued at the time of the placing of the order for the advertisements.
• Cash payments carry an automatic 7.5% discount on all advertising tariffs and campaigns.
• Rate Card - 14 Day Campaign - 30 Day Campaign - 3 Month Bundle - 6 Month Bundle - 12 Month Bundle
  * 15% payable in 15 days from placement of ads.
  * 35% payable in 45 days from placement of ads.
  * 50% payable in 60 days from placement of ads.
• 6 Month & 12 Month Bundles are Payable within a series of 6/12 checks due 50 days from each 15th day of the month. Example: January Ads Payment = 15 Jan + 50 days.
