New Album From Britney Coming November 13
Britney Spears' rumored comeback single, "Gimme More," has been dropped.
The song has been making the internet rounds on celebrity blogs like PerezHilton.com.
"Gimme More" is part of the troubled pop star's unnamed fifth studio album, which according to People magazine will be released on November 13.
Meanwhile, Spears' custody battle over her two children with ex-husband Kevin Federline is heating up.
The star's former manager got subpoenaed by K-fed's legal team.
Larry Rudolph was in hiding for weeks, but K-Fed's peeps caught up with him at a Sunset Tan location in L.A. Thursday morning.
Rudolph had been incognito because he didn't want to be forced to testify in court against Britney in the ongoing custody battle between her and Federline. But now he has no choice.
Spears' former bodyguard Damien Shippen, her former assistant Shannon Funk, "cousin" Alli Simms and staff at the Promises rehabilitation center have already been subpoenaed in the case.
Spears and Federline are battling over custody of Sean Preston, 23 months and 11-month-old Jayden James.
In documents on TMZ.com, the star reportedly makes about $737,868 a month.
K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is asking Spears to pay $50,000 for expenses related to the custody hearing.
The documents also reveal Federline is nabbing $20,000 a month for spousal support, however, the payments will stop on November 15.
